About Culver City Neighbors United (CCNU).

Who we Are

We are a group of Culver City neighbors from all areas of the city. We are concerned about the affordable housing crisis. We believe that our city can meet the challenges of providing affordable and equitable housing for all who need it.  We just don't think that eliminating R1/single-family zoning will solve the problem.

We are a grass-roots neighbor-to-neighbor group that advocates for government accountability, sensible leadership, and community-based solutions.

Founded March, 2021

A note: CCNU is helmed by Feminist/Progressive/Democratic women who live in Culver City.

Grassroots, Neighbor to Neighbor
People who live and work in Culver City are experts about our community. Our voices should matter. We believe that our current city council majority has shown a lack of interest in hearing community members out on issues such as
  • Housing
  • Safety/Policing
  • Homelessness
  • Mobility
  • Taxes
Our community stakeholders deserve to know what's going on. We deserve to be taken seriously. CCNU strives to keep our neighbors informed, involved, and HEARD.
